About Steven Grieve

As the former Director of Membership Services of The British Diabetic Association (now Diabetes UK), Steven was directly responsible for growing the organisation’s membership from around 130,000 in 1993 to over 180,000 by 1997.

This growth was achieved by undertaking a major review of business practice, outsourcing key elements of the work to external suppliers and introducing a number of new initiatives for membership recruitment and retention.

Since forming Membership Plus Limited in 2002, Steven has developed a very successful business using a strategic approach to membership whilst providing print, mailing and project management services to his clients.

Membership Plus now has over 65 Charity, Association and Union clients and specialises in working in the field of membership.
